ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

With this statement, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. refers on the state of compliance of the Lamborghini Pre-Owned website to accessibility standards for people with disabilities and the commitments undertaken to further enhance the accessibility of such application in accordance with applicable legislations and the best international technical standards on accessibility.

It is the primary interest of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. to ensure the highest possible level of accessibility of the Lamborghini Pre-Owned website for its users and to consequently adopt all corrective measures that may be required where any content of the application is not fully accessible.

For this reason, to understand the barriers encountered by users with disabilities, an empirical survey was conducted through a Moderated Usability Test, the implementation of which is positively reflected in the WCAG guidelines. The test involved seven users, representing the most common types of disabilities: deafness, low vision, color blindness, blindness, upper limb motor impairment, spastic dystrophy and cognitive disability.

Across multiple components of the website (Homepage, Benefits, Models, Find a dealer, Search results and filters, Vehicle page, Static pages (T&C, Privacy Policy), Header, Footer, Menu), the following non-conformities, including those highlighted in the aforementioned test reports, have been identified:

• Some non-textual contents lack alternative text descriptions and insufficient colour contrast, or small text size can make readability difficult for users with visual impairments.
• Not all functionalities can be operated via keyboard; moreover, some issues were identified regarding the lack of predictability or logical order of focus navigation.
• Form fields do not always have correctly associated labels and, in some cases, actions are performed without requiring further confirmation from the user.
• The W3C validator (https://validator.w3.org/) reports some HTML syntax errors in the website's code, and for some user interface components the accessible name and role are not always programmatically determined.

To increase the level of accessibility of the Lamborghini Pre-Owned website, in line with the requirements of the applicable legislation, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. has already undertaken a series of corrective actions that will be implemented in 2026 to solve the issues above indicated.

This statement has been drafted on January 15, 2026. It will be periodically updated to record and inform users on the further actions undertaken to ensure and/or improve the level of accessibility of the Lamborghini Pre-Owned website.

Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.'s commitment to making the contents of the website preowned.lamborghini.com fully accessible has led to the implementation of a feedback mechanism for users who wish to report malfunctions, accessibility issues, or submit suggestion for improving the accessibility level of the website.
